At Complete Care Physical Therapy we are committed to delivering the highest quality care utilizing a multifaceted approach to achieve lasting results. Treatment plans are individualized and customized to meet YOUR specific needs. Treatment sessions are generally 50-60 minutes and are always one on one with a licensed therapist. For those patients traveling to Complete Care Physical Therapy from a distance, customized programs may be arranged consisting of several sessions per day as needed. Intensive programs or sessions with more than one therapist are other options we offer. These may be arranged by request through our office.

Your treatment plan at Complete Care Physical Therapy may include any or all of the following:

Myofascial Release (MFR): A whole body, hands on therapy that helps to restore the necessary elasticity to the connective tissue of the body. A therapist trained in MFR uses sustained pressures into restrictions which allows the tissues to elongate and reduces the pull or pressure on pain sensitive structures.

Myofascial Movement Facilitation: Persistent pain and/or structural dysfunction may be perpetuated by "holding" or "bracing" patterns in the body. Movement awareness exercises are designed to help you explore significant positions of injury and release these bracing patterns that may impede progress.

Craniosacral Therapy: A gentle manual therapy that encourages your own natural healing mechanisms to dissipate the negative effects of stress on the central nervous system.

Therapeutic Exercise: These programs may include strength training, flexibility programs, movement awareness training, as well as a customized self treatment home exercise program.

Guided Imagery/Relaxation/Stress Management

Therapeutic/Restorative Yoga: Our yoga classes are a maximum of 8 people in order to provide each client with individualized attention in a small group setting. Classes are specifically designed to complement your Physical Therapy program.

Modalities: heat, cold, and other modalities as indicated
